Most contracts are signed and stored within a cabinet and forgotten right away. When they are needed, you need to be patient and structured. This is an issue when you need a contract or a receipt right away. DocCloud has you covered here. We digitalize your documents and store them on your phone so that you will always have them at your fingertips.
These four categories are the main areas where we have to store the most paperwork. We store our paperwork usually in a cabinet in our office, at home or in an external storage space. Normally those documents are in paper and use a lot of space. By the time, the document quality vanishes like with a printed receipt that can’t be read once it gets too much sun, too much air or just too much time.
With DocCloud, you can scan and store these documents in a preset structure and put tags onto those documents. This saves a significant amount of time when you look for a special document when you need it and where you need it. It also helps in giving a structure to standardized documents like i.e. bank account statements. The bank only saves these documents for about two years and deletes them. You can either save the printed version or hope that you find the scan again when you need it. DocCloud stores those documents and helps you find it when you need it right away.
